SaniGuard Barrier Skin Cream is a tested, high powered, anti cross-infectant, and skin protectant. It bonds with the outermost "stratum corneum" layer of the skin's paper-thin epidermis which is composed of dead epithelial cells joined together as "cellular plates" with "cellular glue"
